Do I get a dedicated Harbor installation?

Yes! You get a dedicated private Harbor instance which is only limited by its own resources (fair use policy).

What is the Harbor version?

Latest. We always provide the latest stable Harbor version, so you can get access to the last features offered by Harbor and unleash its real power.

Is there a user limit?

No. There isn't a limit on the number of users, you have your own dedicated Harbor instance which is limited by it's resources.

Can I use my own domain name with Harbor?

Yes.You can use a custom domain, we also provide a free stellarhosted.com domain name.

Is the Harbor administration panel accessible?

Yes. You have complete access to the administration panel, without any limitation and you are free to configure and personalize it as you need.

Can I access my backups?

Yes. We can share (sync) all your backups with you, we also believe in open source and not in vendor lock-ins.

Administration

Do I keep my data after the trial?

Yes. Keep using your instance including data by subscribing to a monthly or annual plan.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?

No. You can sign up and use Harbor for 14 days without entering your payment details. At the end of your trial, you will need to pick a plan and enter your payment details.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Stellar Hosted isn’t the best Harbor hosting platform for your business, simply cancel your account.

How long are your contracts?

Monthly. All plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes. We offer a 17% discount on yearly plans, when they are paid upfront.

Can I change my plan later on?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Do you apply VAT to your prices?

Yes. All prices shown are VAT excluded. Tax for each country is calculated during checkout by Paddle Payment Gateway based on you country and/or VAT number.
